Walnut-Olive Burgers

4-5 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (put in a large mixing bowl.  pour boiled water on top of oats until it reaches the top of oats. Let Oats sit until cooled down).
1 Can of Black Pitted Olives
1 C of Onions finely chopped
1 clove of Garlic
1 C of chopped walnuts
3 TBSP of some type of Liquid Aminos
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast Flakes (find at health food store)
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
2-3 TBSP of Ketchup (look for one WITHOUT high fructose corn syrup like "Simply Heinz", or "Annie's Organics").

Using a food processor, blend olives until they are in small pieces.  Add to oats.  Do not clean food processor.  Blend onions and garlic (cut garlic in 3 to 4 pieces before putting in food processor).  Add to oats.  Put Parsley in food processor and walnuts at the same time.  Add mixture to oats.
Add all of the seasonings.  You may add any seasonings you wish.
Mix together. (Since it does not contain eggs, you can taste the uncooked mixture to see how the flavor is!)
Shape like burgers and bake at 350* for 20 min. on each side.  You can also lightly pan fry the burger patty until brown. ENJOY!
